Custom Countertops was founded in 1977 by Dan Olson. The business was initially created by selling and installing laminate countertops. In 1986 Dan sensed a consumer demand for a more upscale countertop and pursued a new product named Corian being introduced to the area. Business grew and the company increased its business volume year after year, eventually adding Home Depot and Lowe’s to our customer base.  As the demand for upscale countertops continued Granite countertops and Quartz surfaces entered the market. Custom Countertops established a granite fabrication division to meet that demand. We now offer Corian and other solid surfaces, Granite and Natural Stone, Quartz surfaces, and many others.

With the overall increase and demand for upscale countertops,  Custom Countertops has not gone to mass production and lower quality standards but has narrowed its client base to stay focused on quality not quantity.

After many years in business, we have grown to become the finest and one of the largest fabricators in the Willamette Valley. Our satisfied list of customers includes homeowners, builders, interior designers, architects and kitchen and bath dealers.

Our fabrication facility and showroom is centrally located in Salem, Oregon. We utilize the most advanced solid surface CNC machinery available. Staffed with skilled fabrication and installation crews, we deliver a custom countertop that will complete your remodeling or new construction project.
